Carone began her personal practice in the 1990s and has been teaching since 2020. Her passion lies in supporting trauma healing through movement, sound, and energy—both on and off the mat.

Known for her gentle and nurturing presence, she offers a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with a sense of peace within yourself.

Restorative yoga is designed to promote complete mental and physical relaxation by slowing down the practice and holding fewer poses for longer durations, typically five to ten minutes or more per pose. Unlike dynamic styles such as vinyasa or power yoga, restorative yoga emphasizes stillness, mindfulness, and conscious breathing, allowing the body to relax fully without strain. It is often described as active relaxation, where the mind and body are gently guided into a state of calm.
